Absolutely disgusting customer service. Purchased an energy ball only to be given the wrong one due to being mislabeled; only to asked if I’d like to purchase another one when I made note that I had received it incorrectly. Didn’t even acknowledge the error and blamed it on another member for incorrectly placing them in the counter, although she be the only worker there. Poor form - I was having a difficult day and could not be bothered arguing. Shame on you.
Just so you know who wrote this review! “Do you like your job?””just remember who keeps you in one” and I’m only writing this because even when I asked you you shrugged your shoulders. But you won’t be shrugging them when you have a mortgage. But regardless drop the attitude and there is a “what would you like to today?” And “thank you”. Someone throw the blonde girl the customer service book to study or choose another industry
