Was served by two blunt young ladies. No smile, no manners. Not a very good atmosphere. Once I collected my drink not a word was said even after I asks a question. Blank stares only. Both brunette slick back ponytails. Will not be coming back
Purchased the same smoothie for both me and my toddler. He usually drinks it really quick but was complaining and not drinking much. When I started on mine, I had to spit out bits of shredded hard plastic - some I had already thought were bits of ice. Some pieces were longer than 1cm. I am concerned that my toddler still drank quite a bit of his. I have emailed Boost about this twice with no response. Pretty disappointing.
Better train your staff properly. Wanted to use my points for drink but the staff says "I don't know how to do that" so you have to pay. That's not a right response.
Some nasty girls working there.
