Usually amazing experience, but it does greatly depend who's working. Drinks always perfect but customer service is lacking on some of the team
I ordered three juices today being the 8th of May 2025 the girl with black hair on the checkout did not acknowledge me speak to me until I actually told her that it is actually polite to engage with customer Rude to no service
Came into he other day a day after my birthday as my birthday was on a puplic holiday and hinkler was closed. A young lady refused to give me the free birthday drink even though the boost email says can claim after 2 days from birthday spoke to me very poorly and didn't want to hear what I had to say. And just told me I needed to come on birthday when I couldn't even come in.
Pretty quick drink times for the line, high quality service and drinks. Shout out to Emma who was very polite and helpful with selection
To be quite honest wasn’t impressed, this is the third time I’ve had to verbally ask staff to please make an online order after watching them look at the order and ignore it whilst continuing to chat to friends. The staff are great when the manager is on, he’s fantastic and the move like machines. Once he’s not there unfortunately the staff service is terrible.
