I ordered a smoothie and noticed that when they served it, they left almost a third of it in the blender. That usually means the recipe was diluted, and after tasting it, I could tell it was. I asked if it was supposed to taste like that, and the response was, “Yeah, you’re not a fan?” I said no, but there was no effort to address it or fix the issue.

Staff must've been having a bad day as I hardly received decent customer service. No "Hey how are you?" or even a "What can I get for you?". I was stared at until I said what I wanted, paid, and then waited for my food. Young girl who gave it to me handed it to me and I smiled and said "thank you" but didn't receive a smile or "Have a great day." I don't believe I'm expecting too much as I work 2 customer service jobs, and that is bare minimum customer service. But maybe they were having a bad day, could still at least act l... read more
