Below average compared to other boost franchises. Seems to be managed by children. Worst thing they could’ve done is get rid of name system, this shop is chaos at the best of time now it seems like a free for all if you order the same drink as someone else.
Very disappointing experience at this Boost Juice store. I received an official birthday email voucher for a free drink, which clearly states that the offer is valid two days before, on the day of, or two days after my birthday. I visited the store the very next day of my bday, yet the staff member (who appeared to be a manager) refused to honour the voucher and said it was “too late.” This directly contradicted the terms written in the email. I have had good experiences at Boost Juice in Belconnen! My smoothies are always fantastic. The service and atmosphere can fluctuate, but overall nice spot to get a smoothie!
Usually okay. You usually get what you order. But Mango Magic is not Mango Tango. I'm not a fan of crushed banana so when I get the wrong drink it makes me sad.
Received terrible service from who seemed to be an older male worker. Was rude and my drink took ages to make, even though there weren't many other customers.
