I usually love Boost — I get a juice almost every day — but honestly, this store is on another level… and not in a good way. If the lovely Sarah isn’t the one making or handing over your drink, brace yourself. The service and flavours drop faster than a melting smoothie in summer. Service and juices not good. Juice never tastes right. the best Boost on Gold Coast is at The Pines Elanora. Juices are perfect and staff are wonderful
Not recommend, Extremely poor customer service. I ordered fresh juice but the guy made something else( strawberry shake). Terrible experience. Will not go there again.
Extremely rude service this morning. Was practically barked at by the older woman serving. I asked to swap the coconut water to watermelon juice as I have a coconut allergy and the server was extremely rude about it. Very sad because we love boost.
