I waited awhile to be Acknowledged when they poured it in the cup, I thought that looks very pale I had to rush off to get my daughter to work as I was walking away. I tried it and the watermelon was sour and tasted it off. I purchased a large watermelon crush. I threw it in the bin before walking out The Westfield store I didn’t have time to go back and complain Very disappointed it’s the second one that’s put me off.. please make sure the fruit is fresh If you want customers returning

Ordered two Protein Supremes and both were watery, flavorless and tasted like watered-down milk.i returned and requested as I thought it had to be a mistake as I always order this same smoothie from other boost juice stores. Staff poured our already-drunk-from smoothies back into the same blender, added more ice with a tiny half banana , and handed them back. Unhygienic and still tasted awful. I feel ripped of paying $26 from a brand that was my go to.

Please update your opening hours on Google. We came at 5pm on a Monday and they were closed despite the stated closing time being 5:30pm 👍

Terrible service. Used my free boost juice for the kids drink. Went to order one for myself then she said no I used the free on for the kids cup… and wouldn’t change it. I’ve order like 10 drinks to finally get the free adults drink. Not happy and not going to bother going here again. Make sure you clear with your order as they are NOT helpful here.
