My mango magic is sour and brown in colour
Worst customer service, Workers are on their phones and won’t acknowledge the customers, I got the orange and mango juice but have totally messed up my order, as I go back they make a new juice for me but have completely changed my order, I have asked for my refund but have said they wont give me a refund as I have a couple of sips, PLEASE AVOID BOOST MOONE PONDS
I usually buy a Muscle Choc with no ice from Boost, and it always comes in an original cup that's full. This was my first time buying from this particular branch. I paid $11, but when I held the cup, I noticed it wasn't as heavy as usual. I asked one of the three boys, and he told me they intentionally made it less full because that's where the ice usually goes. This feels like a complete scam and an abuse of a customer. The staff were so rude, and I will never buy from this branch again.
Not sure what time exactly this branch closes. We arrived at 4:38pm and was told they are already closed. Either the business hours here is wrong or someone’s in a hurry to go home. Either way, disappointing.
Today I went to Boost Juice for my normal juice when the store was just closing. But then Grace said that she would serve me even when they were already packing up. I’m amazed and beyond grateful that they went above and beyond just so I could get my juice. 10/10! 100% recommend. This staff goes above and beyond for their customers!
