The three girls working at boost juice capalaba today were so nice and quick with making my juice especially the young one, Indy I believe. Love the service and how well they handled the pressure!!
I have an unusual allergy, to oranges. Staff have been incredibly helpful (I try to attend when not too busy because I also work in food service) and take this very seriously. Staff were meticulous in avoiding cross contamination, and were helpful with ingredient substitutions, especially as I was unfamiliar with their menu, and went based off a referral. Appreciate the care and attention to detail, as well as the willingness to work around an allergy.
Juice is good, but the girls dropped some lids on the floor, then picked them right up again and placed them back on the counter. She then tried to put them on my wife's and my drinks until I stopped her and asked for lids from a different pile. She did that without any sense of apology or remorse. Those floor lids are going to be used on the next unsuspecting customers. Hygiene people!
I highly recommend Boost Juice Capalaba to anyone looking for a refreshing treat. The smoothies here always taste amazing – fresh and consistency is perfect. The staff are always friendly, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The store is always kept clean and organised. The customer service is fast and efficient, even during busier hours.
