I visited this store today and noticed the hours on Google list closing at 5:30pm. When I arrived at 4:40pm, I was told the store was already closed. Right after I left and walked past I saw two other customers being served by another staff member. It would be helpful if the advertised trading hours matched the actual service provided, and if staff were consistent in how they communicate this instead of rushing to leave 1 hour before.
Never returning to this store again. Rude staff and yucky drink 🤢🤢
15 minutes before close they say they are shut but happy to serve their mates 10 minutes later. If the franchisee is reading this, you need to change this behaviour.
