I stood for 5 minutes without acknowledgment. The staff I did make eye contact with didn’t smile, show an interest, or say hey sorry about the wait be with you soon. One chap was clearly not interested in moving quickly. But rather chatting back of house. I left. Plus wiping your nose with your hand while making a drink was not a good look either.

Maybe don't advertise in both the app and online (and google) that you're open until 6pm if you're going to be completely closed at 5.40 🤷🏼♂️
I got a banana buzz and a protein ball both were delicious and enjoyable and staff were nice
I ordered a smoothie and when they poured it into the cup, it only filled about halfway. They poured it back into the blender and added just ice to top it up. For nearly $10, I expect the full drink made properly , not watered down just to make it look full. It felt like a shortcut that compromises quality.
