Very poor customer service and experience. Ordered a different drink and was given completely different composition. Plus the asian lady who was serving didn’t even have a courtesy to communicate rather just went and chucked the drink. You need to change your staffing and fix the quality. No wonder why the reviews are so low.
You don’t get what you order. Asked for a simple orange,, pineapples , strawberry and ginger juice no ice Then I tasted the juice but no ginger could be tasted. Ask the tall blonde hair girl who serviced me , about the ginger not in the juice but could not give me an answer and matter of fact did not care what was made If you can’t give the proper service don’t do the job And have some manners just don’t assume your right !
Probably the worst Boost store in Sydney. Very rude staff, long wait and a dirty store.
No staff in sight I waited 15 minutes and no one ever came. Appalling service
Our smoothie was great as always and the woman serving was super friendly with everyone!
