Stopped by Boost with my sister for a drink and the staff were amazing—ended up getting a free Rumble! Such a great surprise and outstanding customer service. 10/10 experience, Shall be coming again.
Monday afternoon 3.30pm and nothing
took me 30 minutes and three times to ask to collect my drink last Saturday Afternoon, even though it was not too busy. they are absolutely understaff. only 3 staffs worked (on weekend???)at the moment, while i always buy Boost in other stores and i never wait longer than 10 minutes. moreover, two staffs look busy doing restock and checking items. so, only one staff took the order and made the drinks. not worth it
Very good team of young people! Great service and Will was very gentle and kind to my small kids.
Service was slow - over 25 minutes wait for juice. The juice wasn't even blended properly. Staff didnt seem to care about people waiting such a long time.
