Asked for no ice. Got so much I got a brain freeze.
Service was fine, but I ordered the palm beach crush. I paid $10 for flavoured water. For something that apparently has Mango, peach, and tropical juice it sure lacked flavour.
Horrible customer service. All staff looked like they hated their job and didn’t want to be there at all. More customer service training would go a long way.. even just a smile.
Received lovely and friendly service from Jo!
Ordering machine not scanning the app barcode, broken. Went to order at counter but person didn’t ask for app and processed order without scanning. We then asked to fix it and they told us it’s too late. Needed a manager to tell her to refund and do again in a surly manner. More staff training needed.
