We understand that we placed our drink order about 30 minutes before closing today, and we were mindful to be quick and respectful. However, one staff member wearing glasses was quite impolite and blunt when redirecting us to wait on the other side, even though no one else was using the ordering machine and we were not in anyone’s way. The interaction felt unnecessary and unfriendly, which took away from the experience.
Poor customer service. Price are higher than usual compare to other boost juice retailers
Too expensive, too long to wait, does not taste good
Terrible service, we waited almost 20 min, other customers was gone, we asked ours, then they talked to each other and laughed cuz they forgot to make for us. But then they took another 10 min to made ours. Didn't say sorry, especially two female staffs just laughed so much they thought it was funny.
