Extremely long wait time for an overpriced smoothy. One person working during peak times. Unacceptably long wait line.
Disgusting service. Staff member named “Lisa” and co knows nothing about customer service. Chatting between staff members during busy hours instead of doing their jobs. Rude to customers. There are three boost stores in Chadstone, I can see why this one has the lowest ratings.
Not sure whose business this is, but you might want to come see what your team (who you’re paying 2.5x wages for Easter Saturday, by the way) is actually doing. There were seven people crammed behind the counter in a space the size of a shoebox, and somehow I still waited 20 minutes. My drink sat in the blender for 10 whole minutes, long enough for the ice to give up on life and melt into a sad, watery mess. $12 for a cup of milk. Not even cold. Thrown in the bin. How hard is it to stuff up banana and honey? Happens too often and never any follow up when you give feedback.
