Staff don’t care and look like they are only for money and not customer service. Ordered a mango magic on a special deal promotion, all I got to taste was frozen ice cream, when I told them they said that’s how it comes. I believe they had 3 orders and decided to make it all at once and it didn’t mix in well, therefore the bad taste, as well as big chunks of ice. Boost needs to train staff better on mixing and mostly on customer service. If I could give it a 0 I would.
Unacceptable experience at your store tonight, roughly 15 to 20 minutes before closing. The male staff member on duty deliberately compromised the quality of my drink to avoid cleaning the blenders before the end of his shift. Instead of making my standard order correctly, he left out 3 to 4 of the main ingredients, replacing them with just syrups and water to ensure he only had to rinse the container. Ordering via the Boost app is not the best way , and even later than the store queues.
Rude staff with totally unboosting negative vibe, same staff member staring in several negative reviews. If it's such a major hassle for you to serve people that you have to make a big deal about it maybe allow people to order kids drinks on the app or fix your stupid ordering consoles that never scan the vibe membership. You know they don't work but could not care less about the customer experience.
Came around 5 at the Boost closest to cotton on and from the start I noticed a bit of hostile attitude with customers being served before me but I brushed it off because I understood it was getting close to closing and gave her the benefit of the doubt.
