Ordered an immunity juice, paid, then waited 15 minutes before being told you were out of oranges after you made drinks for customers who ordered after me. It then took another 5 minutes for the replacement. Smiles are nice, but delaying information and making customers wait 15 minutes to get a substitute drink isn’t good service.
