The girl in the back of this video is especially the rudest, always rolls her eyes and carries a hatred aura. I come regularly and I always see her busy chatting to her friends and going on her phone. I’ve read other reviews about the workers and seeing that this has no change is also relied on the management. Do better to the workers and the owner of boost

Three young girls were working, two were on their phones while one was actually doing her job. I ordered my drink and then watched the other two giggling and sitting on the floor on their phones while three customers were waiting to be served. They made customers wait around five minutes before finally serving them. When I received my drink, it was spilled down the side of the cup. I went to boost around 5pm on wednesday , when approaching the girl at the counter seemed stressed and like she had closed the store although when i asked she said she was happy to make me my drink and she extremely fast, she was extremely polite and sweet when talking to her and she made the best drink I've had in a while. Will be returning!!

I wanted to thank the two hard working girls who worked at the store today around 2pm. Indy and Briana kept the store running while their team mate was too busy chatting to her friends and ignoring the line up. I could see the stress on these two girls and I wanted to let their manager know that Indy and Brianna exhibited such grace under fire, and for young adults exercised such great work ethic. It's a shame the other worker didnt help out during a busy time ( confirmed she wasn't on a break)
