I was walking through Westfield Liverpool food court and I see a skinny Indian guy playing in his nose then eating it how unprofessional. I'm not usually the person to write these types of reviews but considering he was in his boost uniform everyone around him was starring. I have purchased from this store a few times and the customer service relatively good, but from this experience I would never be purchasing from Liverpool again. I really urge management to review this.

The manager Ibby is amazing, super kind and friendly. Also shoutout to him for choosing a drink flavour for me it was amazing
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this business. The way I was treated as a customer was unprofessional and dismissive, which left me feeling undervalued. I expected better service from a well-known brand, but instead I experienced poor communication and a lack of basic courtesy.
