Slow and weren't able to clearly let me know that my order was ready

Boost juices made well. We asked for an extra straw for our daughter as hers had gotten soggy. The lady didn't give us one saying we need to purchase a new straw. Ridiculous honestly. Every other boost has straws out for self serve?
