I had an issue yesterday with being accidentally charged double for a drink i ordered due to some server issues with the self serve terminal. I spoke to Chloe and she on both days provided me with the best customer service experience ever. She was able to contact her manager and was able to help me through this process. She was very professional and she made my experience the best. Thank you Chloe for helping me out. I really recommend going to boost juice at pacific werribee.
Beautiful drink, it was quite busy but they still kept working hard and smiling

The staff here are lovely and the manager offers great recommendations! They’re also always on it with allergies/ dietary restrictions, I avoid dairy and they always make sure they get it right <3
