I ordered berry crush, I told to staff please do not add too much apple juice, as it happened last time as well. Even after requesting, the staff just added apple juice and sorbet only, there was no taste of any berry. totally wastage of money. Not recommended.
Not interested in serving you properly. More interested in talking about their boyfriends and personal lives. 10 mins for being an only customer is not good.
Staff members seen me waiting to be served but workers continued on cleaning. Ordered a smoothie and it was such runny consistency no where near a smoothie. Worst boost I’ve had from here for awhile
I was with my mother today 12/9/24 at 12.30pm, we where served by the young tall girl with the braids , her bedside manner/customer service was disgusting . Not only did she not walk over to us straight away to serve becuase she was talking, when she did walk over to us she had a blank face the whole time (no happy bubbly service like boost juice usually portrays ) acting like she just didn't want to be there .
