I had an amazing experience today and had to share. I was with friends and the workers were so nice and it was very quick service and the drinks were delicious the costermer service was great and will be definitely back to this particular store.
Appalling customer service! Slammed the kids cup done on the bench, no eye contact. Rude rude girl on Wednesday 3 September at 10:35am. Will never buy from this store again. Train your staff with correct customer service and how to smile!!
Disappointed in the communication and the product. At no point does it state the price of the ‘Drink of the Week’ I was expecting to pay the normal price as an original boost. When I placed my order the young girl did not tell me the price it wasn’t till I realised after paying for my drink and it was $11.70. The drink was mediocre, definitely nothing special. I won’t be going back.
I went to order boost and claim my birthday once . I ordered a drink and scanned my barcode.They asked for ID and i said ill get it and come again, she said it will be valid today and tomorrow . Instead of cancelling i think the girl clicked something that i claimed it . I received an email from boost asking HOW WAS YOUR BOOST TODAY . These people drinking using our accounts. Ordered my all-time favourite Mango Passionfruit and as always, it hit the spot! So fresh, fruity and full of good vibes. Service was super quick and the staff were friendly with big smiles – made my day even better. Love how Boost keeps it fun, fast and delicious every single time! 🍹💛
