Usually pretty good drinks. Today however, I ordered a smoothie and it came like pure liquid. The girl who made it ive never seen before, must be new. She stuck her fingers in her mouth, was touching her hair and eyes, then proceeded to grab her phone out then continue to make my drink, did not wash her hands. She used melted strawberry yogurt which is probably why the drink was liquid. I ordered a smoothie and noticed that when they served it, they left almost a third of it in the blender. That usually means the recipe was diluted, and after tasting it, I could tell it was. I asked if it was supposed to taste like that, and the response was, “Yeah, you’re not a fan?” I said no, but there was no effort to address it or fix the issue.
