The girl called Armani was so awesome, I work full time in customer service and it’s so rare to bump into genuinely friendly people. She was asking the customers questions and was so bubbly and positive. Thanks guys :)
Worst customer service at the Ellenbrook branch. Doesn’t even acknowledge you standing there, plus leaves a bad aftertaste the way that server guy talks to you. Will never be coming back here.
Mwansa and Alissha are seriously amazing!! They offered to still take our order even as they were finishing up for the night, and were just lovely while doing so, thanks guys!
Waited to order for 10 mins while the one staff member made the previous orders. Did not even acknowledge that there were people waiting to order. Took 3 more orders then went back and started cleaning the containers (there were already clean containers there) for another 5 mins before she even started to make them. Answered a phone call during this time as well. All up waited 20+ mins to get two small juices. The worst costumer service.
