I’m a regular Boost customer and usually order a Mango Magic, always asking for it extra thick as it’s not a cheap drink and I like it to last. Today at the Ellenbrook store, I placed my order via the app and approached the kiosk to politely ask if it could be made extra thick. Worst experience ever! Both my sister and I ordered the carrot and ginger smoothie before Christmas and we both got really sick. It felt like food poisoning. Was horrible and will never go back to the Ellenbrook shop and will think twice before supporting any other Boost again.
Very disappointed. The service was good, however I fell ill after having the carrot and ginger juice. The symptoms was the same as food poisoning, nausea, shivering and upset tummy. I will definitely not buy from there again.
