The store had rostered only one person in one of the peak hours during the day. And the poor girl had to manage all, taking ordering and making the juices all alone.
Closed 35 mins early and wouldn’t serve anybody. Inexcusable
Bad service, very slow both to be served and then to get the drink. And then 2 of the 3 drinks I ordered were the wrong size drink. I thought i was overcharged but wasn't given the receipt to double check, they obviously didnt get my order right.
I was so shocked by how good these teenagers were! I waited less than 5 minutes and my drink was served. As soon as I took a sip, I felt like I was in heaven on a 30 degree day. A couple of times I have overheard the workers call her 'erickah' I am not too sure of the spelling... The drink was filled to the top and the ratio was just right. You have done a good job in hiring these girls. I will recommend this place to my friends and i'll bring my kiddos to this place next time.
The male owner of the oakleigh central boost is so rude to his staff! The girls at boost are so kind, efficient and professional. Today when i ordered the young female staff took my order promptly, the owner then interjected saying that she wasn’t making the juice correctly. i ended up waiting over 15 minutes just because the owner wanted an ego boost. TREAT YOUR STAFF WITH MORE KINDNESS. it was his fault my juice was late.
