The best boost, although I prefer when the guys from india prepare it as it's the most delicious
I had the same experience as other reviewers. When I ordered through the app, my name was called immediately, and they said they couldn’t make the drink. I was told to request a refund through the app instead. The staff member’s attitude was very rude. It has now been a week since I contacted them through the app, and I still haven’t received a refund. I want my money back.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service my daughter received at your store today. She placed an order for a $6 drink through the Boost app and waited over ten minutes, only to be told that the drink was sold out. Under normal circumstances, we understand that substitutions can be made. However, instead of offering a reasonable alternative, your staff member rudely informed her that she could only change to a small-sized drink, or she would have to apply for a refund through the app herself.
