Terrible service today 02/08 from an extremely rude young girl with dark hair making the drinks. The drink was slammed down on the counter with it overflowing everywhere when we asked for a napkin to clean it up again was met with rudeness and attitude, the napkin wasn't even passed to us just plonked the pack of them on the counter. Not a great service at all today. Definitely some customer service training needed in this store as it was a very unpleasant visit today and I wished I hadn't bothered spending my money here 😕
disgusting lazy, rude service, i was made to wait for too long and didnt end up getting served
Waited over 20 minutes while other customers after me come and went . When i approached the Manager they had missed it but would do it straight away. As i couldnt wait any longer i requested a refund and was told we dont do refunds you need to wait. I walked explaining i wont be back No Drink No Refund. They just lost a regular customer that spends $30-$50 week over $10 Refund for a drink i never received. Very disappointing to say the least.
