Waited over 20 minutes while other customers after me come and went . When i approached the Manager they had missed it but would do it straight away. As i couldnt wait any longer i requested a refund and was told we dont do refunds you need to wait. I walked explaining i wont be back No Drink No Refund. They just lost a regular customer that spends $30-$50 week over $10 Refund for a drink i never received. Very disappointing to say the least.
Please adjust your business hours if you’re not going to stay open to what you advertise. You have 5:30pm and we got there at 5:15 pm to be told your closed. It’s ok we went elsewhere to spend our money.
Had an island breeze, very watery and no coconut flavour added. Had a free boost and she tried get away with making me pay for all. not even telling me I had a free one like all other stores do. Wouldn’t go there again very poor quality compared to other boost outlets.Even my 11yr old son was complaining . Says a lot.
