Super friendly service by Olivia,Harry and Nicola . As a regular customer everyone knows my name what I love to order . My favourite place to order a smoothie by far
Disappointing service. Went in at 4:50 pm today to order a smoothie. The website says the store closes at 5:00 pm, yet we were not served by the junior staff member on duty. If the advertised closing time is 5, customers should be served until then.
Didn't even order. The older lady serving was so rude and condescending that four of us just walked away. Maybe the owner of this franchise needs to look at reviews and realize it's not good.
Brought my disability client to get a boost as suggested for him and thought I’d get one myself. Ask about the protein qty if I changed out the whey for plant based given I am allergic to dairy. The young girl provided me a booklet to check myself. Sadly the print was so small that I couldn’t read it without my glasses which I didn’t have with me. I usually love Boost — I get a juice almost every day — but honestly, this store is on another level… and not in a good way. If the lovely Sarah isn’t the one making or handing over your drink, brace yourself. The service and flavours drop faster than a melting smoothie in summer.
