Drink has not been available twice despite saying that it was available via the app and I was charged. They refused to give me a refund of my money and I will be reporting to the ACCC for misleading and deceptive conduct. The male worker was very good service-wise and tried to assist as best he could!
Every time I order my drink from here, it’s always unavailable, and they ask me to change my drink every time I visit. The place smells horrible, and sometimes I order my drink, and they don’t even accept it until I reach out to the store to find out the order hadn’t been accepted.

The staff add a lot of ice, and Growing Grava taste like water, and the staff didn’t say happy birthday to me with a sucked face, like I own her money🙄🙄, ruining my mood in my birthday
