my friends and i waited 5-10 minutes to be served by a staff member. 4 staff where on, and all 4 proceeded to walk past us and look at us whilest we stood there waiting for our orders to be taken. not a single one of them acknowledged us or the fact that we were standing there. multiple other customers walked off saying it wasn’t worth the wait to be ignored. it wasn’t until one of our friends told a staff member we had been waiting till we got served. the staff then proceeded to bad mouth us to one another while we waited. ... read more
I ordered a protein supreme and it was liquidy. more like a milk and ice juice. Asked the girl to fix it for me kindly and she rolled her eyes and proceeded to put ice in the drink. It tasted even worse. Won’t go back again.
Asked for a small spare cup and the girl said she can’t it’s a new policy. What a liar.
Chloe is amazing. She was working by herself and had heaps of orders. Kept her cool and was always smiling
Declined our order because apparently they recently got scammed with a $100 note. And the only fund i got is $100 note. I just felt sorry for my son who was excited for it ..i hope we could have been notified before we put in an order. Not going back to this place!
