All Berry Bang was quite nice. Downside was the ice really hadn’t been crushed up enough. Service was swift and easy. Friendly and professional at all times.
Why are they still using plastic bags when single use plastic bags are banned in Victoria. The carry bag has please reuse but s they are stuck into two compartments that’s improbable. Totally unsustainable marketing.
my friends and i waited 5-10 minutes to be served by a staff member. 4 staff where on, and all 4 proceeded to walk past us and look at us whilest we stood there waiting for our orders to be taken. not a single one of them acknowledged us or the fact that we were standing there. multiple other customers walked off saying it wasn’t worth the wait to be ignored. it wasn’t until one of our friends told a staff member we had been waiting till we got served. the staff then proceeded to bad mouth us to one another while we waited. ... read more
I ordered a protein supreme and it was liquidy. more like a milk and ice juice. Asked the girl to fix it for me kindly and she rolled her eyes and proceeded to put ice in the drink. It tasted even worse. Won’t go back again.
Asked for a small spare cup and the girl said she can’t it’s a new policy. What a liar.
