Possibly the rudest person i have every encountered in my whole life was behind the cashier taking orders. I asked for a juice mix, and she answered with oh that's a cocktail we dont sell this here! I was about to tell here to get a medical check as it was obvious that the place she is working at doesn't serve alcohol and it is clear to everyone!!! To make things worse she proceeded to laugh with her coworkers who happen to be teenagers as well. Definitely dont recommend this place...they are super rude.
It’s frustrating when customer feedback is not taken seriously, and when issues are brushed off instead of being addressed properly. A business in hospitality should be focused on respect, inclusivity, and genuine care for its customers, unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.
