Teach your paid staff to really just be kind to customers who are willing to wait for their orders despite the tardiness and lack of training in managing this kiosk! The worst customer service and yet they think they serve the best juice and service! Never again!

Placed an online order and waited for 15 minutes, only to be told that the printer wasn’t working so they didn’t get the order, and some ingredients for the drinks I’ve ordered were not available.
I’ve visited this place twice now. They close at 6 pm, but both times I came well before 5 pm and was denied fresh juice—once with the excuse that the machine wasn’t working, and another time being told they weren’t doing fresh juice. If you close at 6 pm, refusing service at 4:45 pm is unreasonable. This feels like simply wanting to shut down early instead of serving customers as advertised. It’s disappointing to see this lack of professionalism. Please do better.
