I did my first ever aerial yoga class/workout class with Anita, as someone who was intimated to join a gym, i was extremely nervous to even show up! As i went through my workout with Anita i calmed down and trusted the process as i was brought through challenging stretches and fun on the silk, i got motion sickness and it was understood and i wasn't made to be embarrassed at all. Boost was my first experience with bungee fitness and it was awesome! VERY intense cardio wise but, what a fun way to work out! Looking forward to more classes in the future.

We went for a private class and had THE best time! The instructor Paige was so fun, helpful and patient throughout the entire class. It was such a unique experience for all fitness levels, I highly recommend to anyone wanting to switch it up with a fun low impact workout!
