Very fun, instructor was great, very energetic she was very nice and helpful with my lack of coordination lol will definitely do this again.
I did my first ever aerial yoga class/workout class with Anita, as someone who was intimated to join a gym, i was extremely nervous to even show up! As i went through my workout with Anita i calmed down and trusted the process as i was brought through challenging stretches and fun on the silk, i got motion sickness and it was understood and i wasn't made to be embarrassed at all.
