I go to 3 different doctors in this group for years and never had a problem except for maybe a little wait time. But my doctors take the time to talk with me.

I rarely need medical help but I currently do. I cannot recommend Dr Wickenhauser. I went in for abdominal strain and they sent me for X-rays. Told me a week before I can receive results of X-rays. Then they scheduled me for CT scan, however the earliest I can get in is 16 days from now unless the Dr can send over a stat order. Called back to Wickenhauser and per his nurse said he cannot order stat. Meanwhile my pain persists. What a joke! I will say the nurse practitioner, Melinda is awesome. This office has been absolutely awful to work with since I’ve started here about a year and a half ago. I have had major regret from leaving my last primary Doctor of 10 years and switching. Only ONE Doctor I saw within this group seemed competent along with his assistant and that was it. Mind you there’s several offices within here. I am still in extreme pain within my body and trying to figure out what to do. They sent the wrong bloodwork twice to an RA, Which greatly delayed scheduling. I wish I would have listened to the bad reviews on this office. New client of this office/doctor. Not a good experience. I had one appointment at this office and a procedure at SSM St. Joseph St. Charles. I was having issues so I made an appointment with Dr. Geisman. The office is terrible when you have to call them. The some of the staff I have spoken to on the phone are rude. I, myself work in an office and answer phones so I know how phone etiquette should be.
