The staff is and always has been phenomenal! They always go above and beyond to help or answer any questions about your furbabies. We had to put our 15 yr old kitty down and within a couple of days, we received a sympathy card signed by everyone. In all my years of having pets I've never gotten a sympathy card. I was so touched by the whole crew.
