I live in an old house with an old ac system. It has never been able to keep up fully but has historically been able to keep the house around 72-73 when it’s super hot outside. On 7/4 I noticed a burning smell and a metallic clang and my house was 77 degrees. I called my homewarranty company and they sent this guy out. John came out on 7/8. He told me to expect lunch time but showed up at 10:30. He opened the ac, cleaned it out with my hose, and checked the Freon levels. He said the clean out should fix the problem but to ca... read more
