Some of the staff are genuinely good people, but it often feels like most are just there for the paycheck. I find it very difficult to get responses from office staff through email (except for the head of nursing - she has been great via email). I prefer using email because at least sometimes, I’ll get a reply — whereas when I leave a voicemail, I almost never get a return call.

So impressed with Boonesboro Trail. The staff is wonderful; friendly, professional, and seems to deeply care about the wellbeing of their residents. If you or a loved one is looking for a place to not just receive care but thrive as you age, I highly recommend.

My mom has been a resident at Boonesboro Trail Senior Living Center for 2 years; I absolutely cannot imagine her living anywhere else. The entire staff, from top to bottom, are amazing! To a person, they treat each resident as if they were their own parents/grandparents. Boonesboro Trail has many internal activities each week and have special events for things like Mother's Day, Veterans Day, Easter, etc. They also, periodically, take the residents (they have a van/bus) to lunch at restaurants, drives in the country, etc. On... read more
