I had Boone's come out and give me an estimate for some shingles that had blown off my roof. They gave me an estimate to repair the roof but also pointed out that on one side of my house a piece of siding had blown off and on the other side a piece of metal flashing had come loose. They repaired the roof and repaired the siding and flashing for the same price as the estimate for just the shingles.
