Boone's Mini Storage is TERRIBLE. Inconvenient location, ridiculously limited access hours, and the staff are unbelievably rude. They hung up on me, ignored my texts, and actually told me I needed to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT just to get into MY OWN STORAGE UNIT. An appointment for a storage unit! It completely defeats the purpose of having one. Avoid this place at all costs if you ever want to see your stuff again without a major hassle and a side of attitude. Seriously the worst.
