Cute little park with access to the water. You have to jail your equipment to the water but a nice little area to launch a paddle board or kayak. There's a little bit of a drop off at the bottom. So if you have issues walking, or you suggest you choose another place to launch. It's paved almost all the way down to the water. I included a picture of the drop off down to the beach.
I didn't walk the entire park. I did have to sit on a rock - where I was, there were very few sitting places.
