This is a great place stay, very quiet and friendly, it was a pleasure to work with Jim and his team. Highly recommend.
We lived here for 18 months or so. We loved it! Met and knew several of our neighbors. Quiet, never heard anyone or anything. Zero issues with anyone or anything (not even parking). We were very pleased (bought a house and moved). Jim Booth (manager) runs a good and tight ship. Because of that, just easy, quiet, no-fuss living. Rates are competitive. Condos are decent and efficient, didn’t find it lacking at all. Just a great place to have lived. We are thankful. We recommend! Appreciate you Jim!
I did not live at Boones creek but I did visit a family member who lived there. One day while I went to pick up my Grandson who was a baby at the time the owner told me I wasn't aloud to park in the visitor spot and would need to move my car to the field in the front I advised him I was just picking up my Grandson and would be leaving I went inside and my Grandson was sleeping so I told my daughter to go ahead and wake him because I was parked there let me just previse it was the middle of a work day and no one was home so p... read more
I have been living at Boones Creek for a year now. It's been great! Their rent prices are competitive. They have ample parking. It is easy driving to everything while maintaining a country feel. It is only a few miles off the highway. Both the property Manager and the maintenance man have been extremely responsive to the few issues I have had. I have excellent phone reception ( T- mobile).
