I lived here for several years. They are just ok for what you are paying for. I constantly had visitors of neighbors park their cars in my designated spot. I lived in apartment 13, my parking spot was number 13, it is not that hard to figure out. (And I lived there from July 2009-Jan 2011 since Chuck Rich apparently has an issue keeping track of his tenants.) My dishwasher was broken from day 1 and I was told I was using the wrong dish soap. Very clean, quiet and well-maintained. Very good value. The only explanation that comes to my mind regarding the very poor review that referenced parking and maintenance issues is that person has mistaken the name and location of the apartment complex - and perhaps which numbered parking place is reserved her. ; )
