This is the first time I felt the need to leave a restaurant review. The service was extremely slow, because they didn't have enough to help. Once the food arrived it was bad, especially for the price they charged. The best part of the meal was the bagged chips, which they didn't bother to make themselves. Even the water tasted horrible. This is a tourist trap. It would've been faster and a better experience to just drive to Traverse City

I am curious of what their “company policy” is that they won’t show the World Cup Final game. They turned away our party of 9 because they would not change the station on one television.
This is a must-stop spot if you're in the area! Great drinks, a live band, and an energetic atmosphere make it a fun place to spend an evening. What really made the experience, though, was the staff. Emiliee (with two E's) was fantastic. We were a table full of guys, and she absolutely held her own while keeping everyone laughing. She even made us a custom sticker with her sticker team!
