Definitely NOT the best customer service around. Nobody ever answers the phone, their waitlists are inaccurate and they close the gates early. I recommend renting a storage unit elsewhere. This one has terrible service and regularly inaccurate hours.
They say they are open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. I showed up at 7:35pm. The gate is closed... this is not the first time...
