Organized orders ready as stated and staff are informative and professional. Have had bad experience with competitors on Lancaster and found this place to be better all around from orders to pricing saved 30% and didn't have to go several times for them to give me the right supplies unlike the plumbing store on baxter or Lancaster.
Someone ordered a nice looking tub that this company dumped on my property on a Friday afternoon with no warning or notice. Contacted them at EOD Friday but they don't check their messages over the weekend I guess. Imagine the nice tub you shopped for being needlessly exposed to damage on a strangers property and filled with still water and animal feces.
