2016 After 1 day under his care and still hospitalized for a knee replacement he just performed, received a flesh eating infection called: Necrotizing fasciitis.which neither he nor the hospital found until days later when I was in danger of dying from it. 3 feet of skin,some down to the muscle were removed from my right leg under 2 emergency surgeries, including removing the replaced knee. Dr. Boone was very knowledgeable and patient. He listened to me explain all the problems with my knee injury. I never felt rushed . He explained in detail what the problem was and what I needed to do. Also he answered ALL my questions. I was very happy with Dr Boone. I left feeling that my knee would heal and understanding what I needed to do. I will definitely see him for all my orthopedic
