The company told me someone would come out same day, processed a payment of $49 immediately but never showed. I called 3x and could tell I was then being avoided. Eventually they answered the phone after I called on a different number to process my refund. They had no idea where the technicians were, when refunds would be processed or how to send a confirmation email of the details.
