I can’t say enough positive things about this practice. Everyone is kind, attentive, listens to my concerns and always gives the most wonderful customer service. My medical provider listens to my concerns, answers every question, takes my concerns to heart and is very thorough. She never rushes me. I always receive a call back in a timely manner, usually the same day. My family has used Boone Health Care for decades and will continue to do so due to the outstanding care that is provided.
Was treated very well as a new patient. Dr. Gerges was very thorough in his initial examination and explained results to me in a clear, thoughtful manner. Facilities are very good. Staff was very good as well!
I had a fantastic new patient appointment with NP Mindy Doscher! I arrived about 30 minutes early to fill out some paperwork, and the staff at the front desk were very welcoming, especially Kelsey. The provider was on time and took her time to talk with me about my medical history and the plan moving forward. This has been a bad experience from the doctor visit to the billing. Terrible service having a doctor that can't even look at your medical history before entering the exam room. Submitting diagnosis codes to insurance but didn't perform or order the necessary test to make that diagnosis. Even though I presented my insurance card at the time of visit Boone failed to submit it to the insurance in a timely manner.
