My goodness, these reviews are terrible.
I kept getting wrong bills for physical therapy. The PT was wonderful(5stars) The lady I talked to was very nice and told me she knew it was wrong and to not pay a bill until I got that was correct (she was absolutely amazing!!). Every month I called and she told me the same thing. She said dont worry until it said urgent. When it came time for that I got a person (this is when the stars got bad. Got brushed off for 2 years, and then finally got a damn blood panel that showed I had a serious condition, and all the concerns I brought to Mindy were valid. This caused me to get to a dangerous point that I should have never gotten to with this illness. Had I been tested and referred when I started bringing up the concerns, I’d be in a much better state right now. Angela the er nurse practitioner was super rude. We were in there with a spinal fluid leak, she told me that why did I even come here you went to ku and they are the best of the best and we won’t be able to do anything for you. I would really hate to see how she treats people who are in a ton of pain and need someone to care for them. My primary at Boone Nifong left since she’s been gone had two needs for medication’s and both times I have called up for help to be treated. The clinic has completely abandoned me. They let me wait.
