This has been a bad experience from the doctor visit to the billing. Terrible service having a doctor that can't even look at your medical history before entering the exam room. Submitting diagnosis codes to insurance but didn't perform or order the necessary test to make that diagnosis. Even though I presented my insurance card at the time of visit Boone failed to submit it to the insurance in a timely manner. Waited a few months, excited to see a new health care provider. She came in late and was hurried, dismissive, and didn’t seem very interested in what I had to say. She was being hesitant when talking about my labs six months down the road. Finally she told me I’d have to get the results from another provider because she was leaving. Then she said when I come back I didn’t need someone specific, I could just see whoever was available. Disappointed.
Great office!
One of the best experiences I have ever had with a medical facility. Dr. Galaske and everyone down to the nurses, phlebotomists, and X-Ray techs were amazing. Make you feel respected and that your care is genuinely what their concern is. Cannot praise this facility enough! Great job everyone!!!!!!
