Not going back either. Ridiculous hidden fees that I wasn't told about. Noticed them on my receipt, then was told about them when I asked. Cost me double.

best place to ship, they really know their stuff. friendly warm atmosphere, nice people, unlike the post office where your just another wallet these people care about helping you out.

Just wanted to let everyone know that all of the negative reviews given to us is actually about another location across town that used to have the same name as us until the owner ran it in to the ground. And the reviews are correct. They are closed at normal hours and the service is terrible. The original Boone Mailing Center located by Walmart is ALWAYS OPEN during our normal business hours. The location by Walmart was very pleasant. The owners are usually there and are very nice people. The location in the log cabin which is owned by someone else was not so pleasant. The Walmart location rocks!!!
This is the place for packing/shipping. The employees were professional, knowledgeable and some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I will be back!
