There is something wrong at Boone Hospital. Low morale, lack of coordination, little customer service, little empathy. And these negatives are personified in their Dr. Nicholas Madaffer. The labor and delivery nurse at Boone Hospital on the night of November 21st, 2023 was phenomenal. Emily, RN went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable as I could be. She had a good attitude and made sure I had everything I needed.
