Told my test results would be available on the patient portal. Good luck with that. Can’t access it, called the number and you have to leave a message and it said it could be days before a reply. Sent an email, no response. So I can’t get my results. I’ve used this hospital for over 25 years and I’m now so irritated I’m going to switch to JCMG in Jeff. This hospital used to be top tier!
I love this place...way way way better of an experience here than the university hospital by far...yall need to go to boone and stop playing with university
This place holds personal history for me: my grandmother worked as an asylum nurse before moving here, where she finished out her career and retired. The people are always nice and helpful, and I much prefer it over Mizzou Hospital.
Renecka was pleasant and knowledgeable at check in desk. She explained what to expect and took us to correct waiting area. We have used this hospital for 50+ years and always find it clean, pleasant and comfortable. They have excellent facilities and doctors.
